About Laura Dabkowski

An accomplished senior human resources executive who draws on more than a decade of experience, Laura Dabkowski has a proven track record of developing successful HR enterprise systems, maximizing stakeholder outcomes, and aligning HR processes to business strategies. Currently, she is a human resources principal and consultant. Having previously served in positions such as vice president of human resources at Aramark Healthcare & Higher Education and leader of human resources for GE Equipment Management, Laura Dabkowski is highly familiar with areas ranging from business integration and talent acquisition to workforce analytics.

In addition, Ms. Dabkowski holds several certifications and degrees related to her field. She is a certified GE Executive Assessor and Coach, certified GE Six Sigma Quality Leader, and certified GE WORKOUT and CAP (change acceleration process) facilitator and trainer. Furthermore, she completed training in nonprofit administration at the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute. The recipient of an MBA from Xavier University, she is pursuing an executive doctorate in business administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Dabkowski is a passionate philanthropist who is actively involved in several outreach programs. Many of these programs are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, such as Caring for Friends and the Bethesda Project. The programs work with people in need to provide shelter, housing, and other services. Ms. Dabkowski also participates with the 4Word Mentoring Program and St. Norbert’s Community Programs.
